1. Service Delivery

ePulse Digital LLC offers digital marketing services, which includes, but is not limited to, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other marketing solutions, delivered on a subscription basis. All services are rendered online. No physical goods are shipped.

Once payment is received and confirmed, service activation begins immediately, and clients are granted access to the subscribed marketing service(s). A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of payment completion.

2. Payment Terms

All service fees shall be invoiced and payable in full, in advance. Payment must be cleared prior to the commencement of any work, and all sums remitted under this clause are non-refundable.

We accept a wide range of payment methods via our secure payment processor, Stripe, Inc.:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, Elo
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Cash App Pay, Link
  • Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL): Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay/Clearpay
  • Real-Time Payments: iDEAL, Sofort, Bancontact, Giropay, SEPA Direct Debit

We do not accept: Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies, WebMoney, Skrill, POLi, Payoneer, or any payment method not listed above.

All transactions will be made in US Dollar ($) amounts and are processed securely by Stripe using 3-D Secure or wallet-specific authentication to ensure PCI-DSS compliance. Stripe personalizes checkout based on location, currency, and eligibility. We value your security. All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest level of payment security. Your payment information is never stored on our servers. Our website uses HTTPS encryption and follows industry best practices to ensure secure transactions.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy ensures fairness and protects our operations from misuse or fraudulent chargebacks after service delivery has begun.

4. Return Policy

As ePulse Digital LLC delivers intangible digital services, there are no returns applicable.

5. Cancellation Policy

All subscriptions are billed in advance. Once payment is processed, cancellations are not permitted, and no portion of the subscription fee will be refunded. This policy is strictly enforced to prevent misuse of our services.

Customers may choose not to renew at the end of their billing cycle by disabling auto-renewal through their client dashboard or notifying our support team before the next billing date.

6. Limitation of Liability

Contractor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from performance under agreement. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer.

7. Dispute Resolution

Every card and wallet payment uses 3‑D Secure, biometric authentication, or the relevant wallet sign‑in where applicable.

All Service fees shall be invoiced and payable in full, in advance, in US Dollar ($) amounts. Payment must be cleared prior to the commencement of any work, and all sums remitted under this clause are non-refundable.

Any payment disputes (e.g., chargebacks or PayPal claims) are handled through Stripe’s built-in resolution process. We reserve the right to provide documentation and evidence of service delivery in such cases.
